‘You’, ‘Your’ refer to any individual or legal entity purchasing from www.teasme.co.nz.
a) By ordering the goods, it means that you have made an offer to buy and are committed to buy in accordance with these terms and conditions.
b) We reserve the right to not accept any order of products from you.
c) Liability for the non-availability of product(s) ordered is limited to refunding you the purchase price plus shipping cost. No claim for any other sort of fees will be allowed.
d) We reserve the right to modify the product(s) descriptions at any time.
Use of Content
Teasme.co.nz prohibits copying, reproducing and/or downloading the Teasme.co.nz content for purposes, which in our view, might be harmful to us. Such purposes include, but not limited to, selling, renting, publishing or distributing the content and/or any other purposes which might create competition with Teasme.co.nz.
Terms of Payment
a) Payments can be made through:

b) All payments must be made in full within at the time of purchasing. Failure to make any payment due may result in the non-availability of the product.
c) All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price to be paid by you will be the price stated when the purchase is made.
GST (Goods and Services Tax)
All product prices listed on Teasme.co.nz are GST inclusive. No hidden costs.
a) Our shipping prices may include packing and handling fees. All orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed to have been received and valid. Shipping charges are stated in the description or checkout section. The shipping cost will be added to the purchase price of the product in the checkout section for the total amount to be paid.
Note: All shipping charges only apply within New Zealand. If you have any questions, please contact us.
b) Shipping costs outside of New Zealand are not listed on the site. If you have any questions about shipping cost, please do contact us before purchase.
c) The product weight used to calculate shipping cost is our ‘shipping chargeable weight’. It is not necessarily the actual weight of the product. If you require actual weight of the product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
d) Teasme.co.nz may choose any courier, cartage and/or shipping service provider to deliver the freight and we reserve the right to change the service providers without prior notice. If the buyer has specific requirements about shipping services, please contact our staff before purchase.
a) Processing time is the period in which Teasme.co.nz verifies your order, locates the product(s) you ordered, and packages them. Delivery is when the package is shipped out to you.
b) All orders of products in stock will be processed within 2 working days of the confirmation of receipt of payment. Please check with us for all back order shipping time frame.
c) We reserve the right to dispatch your order in one delivery or by installments. You understand that you are not entitled to repudiate the purchasing contract should there be failures in delivering any installments with other installments are successfully delivered.
d) Products are delivered Monday to Friday except on Public Holidays. Generally delivery time is between 1 to 4 working days within New Zealand.
Damages, Loss or Shortages in Transit
a) In the case of damages in transit, you will need to contact us and the courier company to advise of the problem. Our contact regarding this issue is email@example.com
b) In the case of packages not received, please contact us and the courier company to check the status of the delivery.
a) The following conditions must be met for returns to be accepted by us:
1. Product(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Product(s) must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. We only accept Return to Base Warranty, which means you are responsible for sending the product(s) back to us at your expense.
3. All products returned will be inspected thoroughly. We will only provide an exchange of the exact item (subject to availability) or a refund (less any shipping charges) IF the product is found to be manufacture defective.
4. No exchange/refund will be provided if the product is damaged by your misuse of the product, negligence or inadequate packaging.
5. We reserve the right to levy a restocking fee against any returns that we agree to accept/ This restocking fee ranges from 5-15% of the invoice priced and is levied at our absolute discretion.
b) Please note that if the returned products do not meet the return conditions above, we will not provide an exchange/refund and we are also unable to return the products to you, unless you bear the cost of shipping.
Note: All foodstuffs including all teas are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Warranties, Guarantees and Our Liability
a) Teasme.co.nz shall not be liable shall the products purchased are not suitable for the purpose for which there are required. You understand that this is under your responsibility.
b) Teasme.co.nz shall not, in any ways, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect or consequential damages or losses as a result of defects in the products nor in respect of conditions or warranties whether expressed or implied by any statutes or common law or otherwise.
c) You understand that The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply if you acquire the product(s) for the purposes of a business.
d) Teasme.co.nz’s liability and any warranties are confined only to you, as named in the contract. We will not be liable to any further purchasers of the products from you.
Errors and Omissions
You acknowledge and agree that Teasme.co.nz reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in product descriptions, illustrations, quotations, and invoices.
You acknowledge and understand that you shall be solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits as required by law, legislations and regulations in order to install and operate any product(s) purchased.
You agree to indemnify and hold Teasme.co.nz harmless from and against any claims (including third party claims), losses, damages, costs (including legal or solicitor costs), liabilities, demands, penalties or suits arising out of your use of the service and incidental to the execution and discharge of this agreement.
