When the tea is ready, press the button on the lid to release the tea into the pot body. The upper chamber releases the tea down to it’s vessel body while keeping all tea leaves contained in the upper chamber. By keeping the tea leaves in the upper chamber separated from the tea liquid flown down in the vessel body, your tea will not be overly steeped which result with bitter over brew. Control the timing just like tea masters. Once the tea is in the pot, you can enjoy the tea without worrying about the tea getting over brewed. Simply pour more fresh boiled water into the upper pot for the 2nd, 3rd or 4th brew. This one is all in good taste.
